Grant application support feedback

Thank you for choosing HSRI for your proposal application. We would very much value your feedback on how things went so that we can improve on our service and systems.

Were emails and calls returned within a reasonable period? Were you happy with the turnaround time of forms, budget, etc?
Was the support you received done to a high standard? Were forms, budget, etc., completed accurately?
Were you kept up-to-date as your application progressed? Were communications clear, concise and appropriate?
Was the person who helped you knowledgeable? Were they able to answer your questions (directly or after consulting SPO)? Did they have appropriate expertise in the grant preparation process for the specific funding agency to which you were applying?
